Alexei is a professional dancer, actor, teacher, educator, and certified adjudicator. He was raised in Vancouver, Canada, and has trained at the Richmond Academy of Dance, as well as the Edge Performing Arts Centre and Broadway Dance Centre.

Alexei has also toured extensively with “Sweetbird Productions” throughout America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Alexei can also be seen in several commercials and shows. His film and TV credits include Center Stage, Riverdale, Nickelodeon, Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, Hellcats, and choreographer for “This Is Our Death” movie. Live stage credits include Cadillac Beijing, “IF I” musical Japan, MGM opening with Kylie Minogue, Chicago (Stage West Calgary), Debbie Allen’s Freeze Frame, “Pearl” at the Lincoln Center in New York, and the Olympic opening ceremonies in Sochi, Russia. 

Alexei has been a part of many new creations and has completed contracts in Las Vegas at the Wynn Hotel’s “Showstoppers”, MGM Macau’s “Destiny” and a cruise contract on Royal Caribbean’s “Spectrum of the Seas.” He has been a rehearsal director/assistant for several of their shows and ships. Alexei is also a certified yoga teacher and STOTT Pilates instructor.
